As an Interior Design Major and even before, I was always drawn to structures and how buildings looked both externally and internally. I like the challenge of designing from 2D to 3D spaces, and I have always had the passion to create something which goes beyond the norms.Interior design however is so much more than picking out decor, paint, and fabric. I like that interior design gives one the opportunity to create spaces which influence the way we inhabit space, move through it, and interact in it. Aesthetics is very important, but so is function.
